BIBLICAL INSIGHTS

Matthew 9:35 – Jesus traveled through all cities and villages, teaching in synagogues, preaching the kingdom of God’s gospel, and healing every disease and affliction. (Salvation, healing, evangelism, deliverance ministry)

Acts 10:38 – God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power. He went around doing good and healing all oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him. (Healing and deliverance ministry)

Mark 1:34 – Jesus healed many with various diseases and cast out many demons, not allowing the demons to speak because they recognized Him. (Deliverance ministry and biblical proof that demons exist, can possess people, speak, and recognize Jesus as Lord)

Luke 9:1 – Jesus gave the twelve disciples power and authority over all demons and to cure diseases. (Authority given for deliverance and healing)

Matthew 10:36 – “A man’s enemies will be those of his own household.” (Household wickedness)

Genesis 37:28 – Midianite merchants passed by, pulled Joseph up from the pit, sold him to the Ishmaelites for twenty pieces of silver, and brought him to Egypt. (Household wickedness)

Mark 5:8-9 – Jesus commanded the unclean spirit to come out of the man and asked its name. The spirit replied, “My name is Legion, for we are many.” (Confirmation that demons have names, personalities, and can possess people)

Daniel 10:12-13 – The messenger told Daniel not to fear, for his words were heard from the first day he set his heart to understand and humble himself before God. However, the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted the messenger for twenty-one days. (Spiritual opposition)
